What an amazing weekend it was! Myself and my friend Andy had left Toronto around 5am on to route to Mach V Motorsports in VA. We got there around 5pm and waited for Mr. Hunt :p While we were there Mr. Prayoonto had stopped by to get an alignment with his beautiful DSS Civic (Congrats Norris on the new PB) that car is so sick. So finally Mr. Hunt shows up and we got CHICK FILLET, I love it lol… We get on the dyno and end up finishing around 1am. We made 987HP on 42psi, good enough? Yep…

Hey, guys… It’s been along time coming for my car. The build started out in 2009 with its up and downs along this expensive journey, lol…
Finally the car is coming together after 2 years. 2 years of having the wrong set up to the wrong people touching the car. It wasn’t until a year ago that Orlando from BY Tuning helped me out and fabrication and wiring to get the car straight. If it wasn’t for him the car would not be where it is today. Then to complete the puzzle it was about tuner. There are soooo many amazing guys in our industry, but picking someone close to me was a disaster. You know being in Canada with our egg gloos and all… So, last year I was talking Clayton about Jason Hunt and what he thought? He said “heck yeah” in his Canadian accent :p

Replacing Worn Bushing
We recently had a customer (Zack) that needed to have the inserts replaced on his RSX mounts. Zack contacted us though email via infor@avidracing. From there we spoke a little and Zack explained that he was doing some upgrades to his motor and while it was out he noticed there was some play in the bushing. From there he sent us some pictures along with his information and we sent him down the replacement parts. Here is a write up he did on the installation of the replacement inserts. Continue reading
