Avid Racing products are covered against any defect(s) in materials or workmanship for the amount of time specified below. Damage to Avid Racing products that are caused by abuse, misuse, modification, or excessive force being applied to the product(such as crashing your automobile) are not covered. Consequential and incidental damage (such as damage to your automobile if the product fails) are not covered. Avid Racing will repair or replace the product if it is defective at no charge. Avid Racing is not responsible for costs or removing or re-installing the product.

To obtain warranty service, call our toll free number 866-507-AVID or email your inquiry to info@avidracing.com. If the product needs to be returned to Avid Racing for inspection, you must pay the shipping cost for the return. Proof of purchase is required when obtaining warranty service, so you should include a copy of your invoice or other proof of purchase.

In no event shall Avid Components Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages-including loss of profit-that may be claimed as a result of failure of any part. Avid Components Inc. assumes no responsibility, direct or indirect, for financial losses or claims from purchasers resulting from the use of its products.
